Kathy has spent more than 20,000 hours with people on the table or the mat, listening to their bodies, their breath, and their stories. What she’s learned is simple: the body always remembers, and with the right support, it also knows how to let go.

Her work brings together massage, yoga, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy. Sometimes it’s about relieving tension, sometimes it’s about calming the mind, and sometimes it’s just creating space to breathe and feel at home in your own skin. However you arrive is where she'll meet you.

Whoh...Where do I start? Kathy is an incredible practitioner. I have recieved massage all over the country and in 5 additional countries.
