You’ll find a mix of movement, breathwork, and self-care techniques designed to be both simple and effective. Some videos help ease specific areas of discomfort, like the back, shoulders, or wrists. Others invite you into deeper practices, breathing, meditation, or energy work, that calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your inner rhythm.

Gentle yoga

For Beginners

If you're new to yoga or just feeling tired, tight, or stressed, this practice is for you. In this session, Kathy walks you through a simple, beginner-friendly restorative sequence that helps loosen tension, calm the nervous system, and gently stretch the body. No experience is needed. The movements are slow and easy to follow, and you'll learn how to support yourself using breath, props (if you have them), and mindful positioning.

Hydrotherapy

Sometimes the simplest tools make the biggest difference. In this video, Kathy shares a quick hydrotherapy technique you can try using just your kitchen sink. With one side filled with hot water and the other with cold, you’ll learn how to alternate between the two to support circulation, reduce tension, and wake up your nervous system, all in just a few minutes.
