Private Yoga & Consultations
In private yoga and wellness sessions, the focus isn’t on perfect poses or keeping up with a class, it’s on meeting yourself exactly where you are. With decades of experience in yoga, bodywork, and healing, she weaves together movement, breath, and intuitive guidance to create a practice that feels supportive and real. These one-on-one sessions give space to explore your body’s needs, rebuild after injury, or simply reconnect with your own balance and energy. It’s a chance to slow down, listen in, and discover what practice can feel like when it’s made just for you
what to expect
Each session is uniquely designed for your body and intention. Kathy combines physical alignment work, breath coaching, intuitive conversation, and mindfulness tools to help you move through stuck patterns and reconnect with your inner resources. Consultations may focus on posture breakdown, injury prevention, daily practices, or emotional-spiritual integration.
This is a space for transformation through movement, presence, and meaningful dialogue.
