Thai Bodywork

Thai Bodywork is a dynamic healing modality that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and breath-centered movement. Performed fully clothed on a padded mat, this practice supports energy flow, joint mobility, and deep muscular release. Kathy offers sessions that are both grounding and revitalizing, tailored to your body's needs in the moment.

what to expect

Sessions begin with a brief check-in to explore how your body is feeling and what support you're seeking. From there, Kathy uses a combination of gentle rocking, stretching, acupressure, and breath-guided movement to invite space, openness, and ease. You’ll be fully clothed and guided through passive postures that promote flexibility, circulation, and energetic balance.

Thai Bodywork is sometimes called "lazy man’s yoga", but its effects are profound. It’s especially helpful for people who are stiff, fatigued, or seeking a more embodied sense of openness.
